Important Note to Authors 
Papers must report original and  unpublished  recent  studies/results.  The maximum  length for 
each paper should  be  10 pages, 1.5 spaced sentences in Times New Roman font, excluding 
References. Authors must indicate their preferred sub-themes,  title, author(s) names, affiliate 
institutions and email addresses in that order. Note that the Editorial Committee  reserves  the 
right to re-track any sub-theme as deemed necessary to fit in any other conference sub-theme. 
The accepted papers will be published in the Maktaba Journal, a journal of Kenya Library 
Association.

-  18th  October 2012: Notification of Acceptance/Rejection of Abstracts 
-  30th October: Submission of full Draft papers 
-  9th  November 2013: Submission of full Final papers
